Journey to Patagonia, ArgentinaSettle down for a week or two at a historic, family-owned estancia found in the Northern Patagonia region of Argentina. Follow gauchos by horseback as they continue with their daily duties of caring for the cattle, sheep, and horses that roam on than 25,000 acres of land. Fish for abundant rainbow and brook trout in Rio Alumine’ as it flows just past the front door of the estancia. Expeditions may include 2- 4 days in Lanin National Park with indigenous Mapuches as guides. Other adventures include: white-water rafting, canoeing, kayaking, hiking and red stag hunting (during specific seasons).
